Shipping
All prices are inclusive of UK shipping which is by Special Delivery Post. We aim to ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order for in stock
items. If an item ordered requires to be made, we will e-mail you
on receipt of your order to advise how quickly your order will be
filled. International postage is an additional £10 and items
will be sent by International Signed For post with the Royal Mail and will be insured. The buyer is liable for all
duty, tax and other import charges as may arise on international
purchases.
Please note that semi-precious gemstone
beads are natural items and many of our stones have been
hand cut and some will have inclusions.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the shipping date. Please advise
of the reason for the return. We will be happy to refund the cost
of the item (but not the shipping cost) or to exchange the item.
Please return items insured and ensure that it is returned in its
original condition.

retailers will be considered. We do not sell to individuals
at wholesale prices.
